Shipping policy

Dear Valued Customer,
We wish to thank you for choosing Acrylic Creations for this purchase. We wish to provide you
with the finest custom acrylic products. In order to ensure that your purchase has been handled
with the proper care during shipping we ask you to inspect your item upon receiving it. Please
read and carefully follow the instructions outlined below.
If you receive your purchase from a freight carrier you must inspect the crate and
contents before signing anything!! When your delivery arrives, notify the driver that you need to
enter the cargo area to inspect your purchase or have the driver place your purchase on the
ground. Examine the exterior of the crate. Look for any cracked or broken wood. Take a picture
of any damage to the crate using your cell phone or a digital camera. Once you have inspected
the crate use a crowbar to pry the top off the crate. Then using a flashlight carefully examine
the inside of your purchase. Examine the seams for cracks; look for anything loose inside the
tank. If any damage has been done take a picture of it and notify our company immediately. Do
Not sign anything if you see any damage to the inside or outside of the tank. The carrier that
delivers your purchase will want you to sign the Bill of Lading. If you sign this document you are
confirming that your purchase has arrived in perfect condition. If you sign the Bill of Lading and
neglect to see any damage that may be done to your purchase Acrylic Creations is no longer
responsible for any replacement costs. If no visible damage has been done to the crate or the
tank you may sign the carrier’s document and take your purchase. If no apparent damage has
been done follow the installation procedures outlined in our warranty to set up your tank.
If you receive your item/items from our delivery person you are required to have help on
hand to unload your purchase. Once unloaded please inspect your purchase/purchases
carefully. If you see any issues, tell the delivery driver and he will notify us immediately. If you
do not find any issues please sign the driver's paperwork.
It is our sincere hope that your purchase arrives in perfect condition and it brings you
